How booking works.
Booking Policy.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable for cancellations, change of mind or missed appointments, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Appointments may be rescheduled once when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests received within 48 hours of the appointment, and missed appointments, will result in the session being forfeited.
A pre-session questionnaire will be emailed after booking and must be completed prior to the appointment. All sessions are conducted online unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in USD
